Once activated the lightweight Arctic Blast Cooling Towel can cool down to 30 degrees below ambient temperature, providing instant cooling relief on the neck, head or other hot spots, helping athletes and spectators beat the heat in hot weather. The Arctic Blast also provides UPF 45 protection when covering the skin and is made without harmful chemicals or solutions.
