Newnan, Ga. (February 11, 2016) – Yamaha Golf-Car Company has named 28-year industry veteran Frank Savakis as Eastern Regional Manager, Distributor Sales, according to Tim O’Connor, Division Manager, Distributor Sales & Marketing.
In his new role, Savakis will develop integrated strategies to nurture and grow existing regional accounts, while taking advantage of his broad network of golf industry relationships to promote new business.
Savakis most recently was a senior sales representative for E-Z-Go golf car company, where he was named “Sales Representative of the Year” for 2015. Prior to that he was a territory sales manager for The Bruedan Corporation, at the time the largest golf car distributor in the world.
