The Fujikura Northern Trust Open victory follows the company’s most recent win at the Farmers Insurance Open. The company also remains the top No #1 driver shaft used for three weeks in a row on the PGA Tour and notched the No #1 ranking for wood shaft usage at last weekend’s event.

Vista, Calif. – February 22, 2016 – Fujikura Golf, recognized for designing and producing the world’s best performance golf shafts, proudly announces the company has been associated with another PGA Tour win. This victory came during the west coast swing on the fabled Riviera Golf Course at the Northern Trust Open.

“The team at Fujikura wants to congratulate the winner of the Northern Trust Open and wants to thank him for playing Fujikura and supporting the brand every week,” commented Fujikura Golf Marketing Manager Stephanie Hartgraves.

Leading golf equipment reporting agency, the Darrell Survey, verified that the winner of the Northern Trust Open played a Fujikura Speeder branded Golf Shaft in his 3-Wood in his pursuit of the title. In addition, the agency also confirmed that the Top-5 finishers also played a Fujikura Golf Shaft.

“This was an exciting weekend for Fujikura Golf. To have the Top-5 on the Northern Trust leaderboard battling it out with Fujikura Golf Shafts was remarkable,” added Hartgraves.

22.1% of the Northern Trust Open field played a Fujikura Driver Shaft which means 32 PGA Professionals played a Fujikura Driver Shaft making Fujikura the top driver shaft played at the event. 22.5% of the field played a Fujikura Wood Shaft which translates to 94 PGA Professionals used a Fujikura Wood Shaft making Fujikura the top wood golf shaft used.

“These results from the Northern Trust Open prove that Fujikura Golf Shafts are the best in the business or the best players in the world wouldn’t be playing them every week to compete,” added Hartgraves.
