FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – CHASE54, the evolving apparel brand named for the pursuit of the perfect score in golf, reports continued momentum and growth stemming from the PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando last month.
“At last year’s PGA Show, we reintroduced the CHASE54 brand, making a statement about the direction we were heading in. This year, the momentum has continued and we’ve reached new heights yet again in sales and exposure,” says Lulu Faddis, Chief Designer and Creative Director for CHASE54.
The company, who increased their booth presence substantially, reports a 57% increase in sales over 2015 show results by solidifying and expanding partnerships with key accounts. In addition, exciting partnerships and dynamic promotions instilled a sense of passion and purpose in its Sales Force, now comprised of 26 Account Executives nationwide. Both TEAM54 PGA Tour Players, fan favorite Jerry Kelly and rising star Will Wilcox, joined CHASE54 to meet show attendees and celebrate in the brands’ success, also attending the exclusive Glow Party, held at the Hyatt Regency.
“The CHASE54 GLOW PARTY was AWESOME,” says Mike Jamison, ING Executive Director. “The atmosphere reflected the essence of this hot new apparel company: beautiful, colorful lights rising from the blurred darkness. It was a creative mix of fun, music and networking,” he says. “And Jerry Kelly was THE perfect ambassador. We’ll remember this one for a long time,” Jamison adds.
At the show, CHASE54 introduced its FALL 2016 apparel line, “The Fortuitous Collection,” paying tribute to the impending Rio 2016 Olympic Summer Games. The collection is headlined by three new performance technologies in its FUSION54 fabric offering, an expanded “ELEMENTS” basics collection and fabrics with glow and reflective qualities.
“I’ve been covering golf fashion for more than a decade, and I still enjoy the anticipation of seeing what apparel companies have up their sleeves in upcoming season collections. Trends in color, style, silhouette, detailing – it’s always changing,” says Janice Ferguson, Editor @TheStyleLinks. “At the top of my must-see list is designer Lulu Faddis, from her original Trigelle label through Tehama and up to now as creative director for CHASE54. Don’t expect to see the same styles done over and over again with changes only to colors/patterns – that’s not how Lulu rolls,” Ferguson adds. “Instead, expect to see very careful and calculated thought put into each and every CHASE54 garment. It’s how a true designer creates and is readily apparent in whatever Lulu touches. The CHASE54 collections are a perfect mix of Lulu’s fashion sense, technical aspects needed for active lifestyle, and fabric, color and detail choices that elevate the collaboration’s end result,” Ferguson concludes.
In addition to the media, buyers and merchandisers also had a positive reaction to the brand. “We tried CHASE54 for the first time last fall and it’s proven to be a great performing brand in our shop,” says Jennifer Roddy, Merchandise Manager at Hyatt Wolfdancer Resort in Texas. “Our customers love the fashion-forward styling and great performance fabrics…I personally like that everyone in the company is so easy to work with,” Roddy adds. “We are excited to get our new spring deliveries in next month!”
