If there is one event during the golfing calendar year that brings the golf club industry together in Asia, it has got to be the highly coveted Asian Golf Awards. 2016 marks the seventeenth straight year for this prestigious pan-Asian recognition event for the golf club industry in the region.
It is peerless and it is a unique, stand-out event that commands incredible support from both the industry and golfers alike.
“While there are wannabes out there giving away awards, the Asian Golf Awards is the only event of its kind that has a proven track record and longevity that has lasted the test of time,” explained Angela Raymond, president of the Asia Pacific Golf Group, the owner and producer of the Asian Golf Awards.

It is the only event where the outcome of the final selection of the winners is determined by a public, on-line poll that is conducted over a period of three months. The Asian Golf Awards is not a recognition event that is determined by a select group of self-opinionated so-called experts – it is a public poll and like all democratic processes, the final outcome is determined by the popular vote.
The 2016 on-line voting cycle for the Asian Golf Awards, the seventeenth in the series kicks off on March 1 with 48 award categories and will end on May 31, 2016.
