DSG Global Launches Par 72, The First Ever New Service & Support Guarantee

Surrey, British Columbia – March 8th, 2016 – Recognizing that the golf industry has had its issues with timely and effective service and support of golf technologies for courses, DSG GLOBAL INC. (OTCQB: DSGT), is launching PAR 72 SERVICE & SUPPORT PROGRAM, a new program for client courses that will guarantee service and support within 24 hours of a problem arising, or you don’t pay for service on the problematic products.

“It’s about time someone stepped up and gave golf courses the kind of service and support that has been lacking for so long,” said CEO, Robert ‘Bob’ Silzer. “No more calls going to nowhere when there’s a problem, no more waiting around for months to get something fixed or replaced. For too many years, GPS companies have been making promises they don’t deliver. Now we’re guaranteeing that our team will respond and deliver within 24 hours and solve your problems within 72 hours.”

This guarantee is the first of its kind in the industry and was born from DSG’s desire to make sure its clients are covered. PAR 72 works in three stages:

STAGE 1: IMMEDIATE RESPONSE

When a problem arises for a client course, DSG guarantees it will respond to the problem called in by the course within 24 hours, or less.

STAGE 2: EVALUATION

DSG will evaluate the problem within the next 24 hours and attempt to fix remotely.

STAGE 3: RESOLUTION

If the problem can’t be fixed remotely, then DSG will, within the next 24 hours, ship a new product to the client and the client ships the old one back for service.

Silzer went on to explain: “We guarantee that within 72 hours you are back up and running with working gear and getting full value. Truth is, most problems can be fixed a lot quicker, but it’s very important to us that our client courses get a full-fledged guarantee for service and support and are operating with DSG’s Tag System at all times. No one is doing this in the industry.”

The program officially launches April 1st, 2016 when all DSG client courses will receive a web link to enroll in the PAR 72 SERVICE & SUPPORT PROGRAM to receive their Certificate of Guarantee.

“Our clients can take that certificate to the bank. If we do not deliver a fix to their problem product within 72 hours, then the next week of service is free,” continued Silzer.
