Winter Park, Fla. (March 14, 2016) — Global Golf Post, the world’s leading digital golf news magazine, today began its season-long coverage of golf’s return to the Olympics in 2016.
In today’s issue, readers of The Post will see a preview to both the men’s and women’s Olympic participants, a comprehensive look at the Olympic golf course, what the Olympics would mean to some players and a full look at who would participate if the Olympics were held today. All written by The Post’s award-winning editorial team, which includes Ron Green Jr., Steve Eubanks, John Steinbreder and John Hopkins.
The Post will continue its robust coverage of the Olympics in the weeks leading up to the men’s golf event, which begins August 11. Every two weeks, we will update who would make the Olympics and beginning in our July 4 issue, we will put a spotlight on participants in our weekly coverage.
The August 8 issue will feature a full Olympic preview, including analysis and a capsule view of each Olympic golfer. When the Olympics begin, The Post will run daily issues for both the men’s and women’s events.
“We are committed to providing exemplary, on-going coverage of Olympic golf throughout 2016,” said Founder and Publisher Jim Nugent. “Our readers expect no less from us.”
