Arcis Equity impacts future of its golf facilities

DALLAS, TEX. (March 22, 2016) – The $3 million clubhouse renovation by Arcis Equity at TPC Snoqualmie Ridge near Seattle, Wash., has earned top honors worldwide in the new Golf. Inc. Magazine’s “Golden Fork Awards.”

Part of Arcis Equity’s $50 million capital improvement commitment to its portfolio of 72 facilities nationwide, the new Bar & Grille at TPC Snoqualmie Ridge was named most improved private golf facility and is featured in the current edition of the golf and club industry trade magazine.

That commitment has resulted in major clubhouse transformations recently completed at Tartan Fields Golf Club (Columbus, Ohio) and Ruby Hills Golf Club (Livermore, Calif.) as well as a new branded restaurant, Ring of Honor Kitchen & Bar – a tribute to the most treasured names in Dallas pro football history – that is to debut this spring at Cowboys Golf Club in Dallas.

Since its formation in 2013 Arcis Equity – a leading owner of golf courses and clubs in the U.S. – has made re-investing in its assets a top priority.

“The Golden Fork Award is the direct result of the dynamic direction Arcis Equity is taking,” said Blake Walker, Chairman and CEO of the Dallas-based company. “Arcis has implemented an unprecedented financial commitment to both our assets and our people. Through our operating company, Arcis Golf, we have built an organization and a culture that is dedicated to providing unrivaled amenities that complement diverse playing experiences for the enjoyment of the members and guests at all of our facilities.”

TPC Snoqualmie Ridge is one of 12 facilities from throughout the world to earn honors for first place, second place, and honorable mention. The judges noted “some of the best views in the state,” and an interior design that “is just as eye-catching.” The renovation resulted in improvements in guest experience and membership spending.

Editors of Golf Inc. judged more than 50 entries from golf clubs and courses worldwide based on a number of factors, including improvements in revenue, traffic, guest satisfaction, aesthetics, service, menus and capital investment. To see the complete list of winners visit www.GolfIncMagazine.com.
