Event showcases 10 unique residences on the market in active adult community
(RIO VERDE, Ariz.) – Rio Verde Community and Country Club – the award-winning residential enclave northeast of Scottsdale – will host a custom homes tour April 9, spotlighting 10 distinctive homes currently on the market.
The event is open to the public from 1-4 p.m., and will feature residences varying in price from $350,000 to $800,000. As an added touch, each will offer visitors wine samples from Spain, Italy, France, Australia, Argentina and the United States. Drawings will also be held for prizes including rounds of golf, Scottsdale signature dining gift cards and bottles of wine.
To start their tour, attendees will register at the Rio Verde Community Center office to visit homes with a realtor and hostess.
“The custom homes tour allows prospective buyers to explore several residential opportunities and meet with homeowners and community officials,” says Gary Holcomb, President of the Rio Verde Community Association. “It’s an ideal event to showcase our amenities and distinctive lifestyle that make living in Rio Verde so appealing.”
Dubbed the “friendliest community in Arizona,” Rio Verde boasts an unmatched sense of kinship among relationship-oriented buyers searching for more than just a “Valley of the Sun” address. Ideal for those who enjoy an active lifestyle, Rio Verde’s resort-style amenities include tennis, Pickleball, a community center, and nearby hiking and biking trails.
Boasting 735 acres of desert wildflowers, cacti and abundant wildlife that accent its residential areas and amenities, Rio Verde became the first Audubon International Certified Sustainable Community west of the Mississippi River and the fifth overall in the United States.
