This K-VEST 7 platform is designed to empower professionals working with students to measure better, assess better, coach better and train better … and highlights a “learning loop” methodology that has always been implicit in K-VEST, which is now explicit.
“The concept is simple,” says K-MOTION’s director of U.S. business development Steven Pelletier. “By using the ‘Measure then ACT’ learning loop in the style-agnostic K-VEST 7 software, a coach can radically improve outcomes. In practice, this means that once coaches have measured and assessed players with K-VEST 7, they can use the more than 140 training activities built into K-VEST and K-PLAYER to create customized programs. Next, they can coach and train players with the programs using K-VEST. Afterwards, they can send those programs to K-PLAYER for the players to train the programs. All this is done with patented visual and auditory biofeedback training to accelerate learning and improve player performance.
For the first time, a coach can take a custom-built training program from K-VEST and actually send it to the K-PLAYER for a student to train. This training can be performed under light supervision or independently. A whole new paradigm is created as players perfectly practice what their coaches have created custom for them.
Until now, K-VEST, along with the other leading technology companies in the industry, have helped professionals typically earn more revenue by driving growth in a number of annual lessons taught, enabling the coach to raise tuition. The limiting factor in this revenue equation has always been the coach’s time.
