Lansing, MI – DryJect, a revolutionary service for golf course maintenance programs, has been added to the portfolio of benefits for course members of the Northern Golf Alliance (NGA).
DryJect, when added to a golf course’s maintenance program, can reduce the need for core aerification and greatly amplify the benefits of sand amendments by distributing them into the ground more completely.
Kate Moore, the executive director of the Michigan Golf Course Owners Association is excited to bring this unique program to the members in Michigan as well as members in all Northern Golf Alliance states.
“DryJect brings a unique product to the golf course to save time and money and allow less down time in course maintenance, something our golfing customers definitely want,” she said.
Jeff Broadbelt, Vice President of Operations for DryJect, said the DryJect team is very excited to partner with the Northern Golf Alliance and to offer an alternate solution to traditional core aeration and heavy topdressing.
“We look forward to facilitating revenue saving opportunities through our special pricing offer and terms, as well as the income retained when DryJect is used compared to the poor putting conditions left after core aeration,” he said.
The founding members of the Northern Golf Alliance include the Buckeye Golf Association (BGA) in Ohio, Golf Course Owners of Wisconsin (GCOW), Michigan Golf Course Owners Association (MGCOA), Midwest Golf Course Owners Association (MWGCOA) and Pennsylvania Golf Course Owners Association (PGCOA).
“It doesn’t matter what we do, it matters why we do it,” Ken Guenther, the executive director of the Buckeye Golf Association of Ohio, said. “As member-driven associations, we formed this Alliance to provide a great tangible and financial benefit to our members who are golf course owners and operators.”
