Make sure you are buying the authentic Putting Arc – MSIII
It has come to our attention that someone is illegally trying to pass off their putting training aid as an authentic The Putting Arc®. The infringing product is being actively marketed and sold as The Putting Arc – MSIII by a major on-line retailer through the use of pictures and product descriptions taken from The Putting Arc, Inc. The retailer’s promotional emails to customers have even featured the infringing product.
BEWARE! This is not the authentic The Putting Arc®. The packaging has Putting Arc, but the enclosed putting training aid in no way resembles The Putting Arc® produced and sold by The Putting Arc, Inc. We are currently evaluating all legal means to address the infringement and are diligently working to have the infringing product removed from the marketplace.
In the meantime, when searching for The Putting Arc – MSIII, please note the following:
• A Google search for “MSIII Putting Arc” produces the infringing product as the first hit!
• Be sure to search for “The Putting Arc – MSIII” not “MSIII Putting Arc”
The Putting Arc® can only be ordered on the internet from the new Putting Arc website, thePuttingArc.com, or ordered directly from the manufacturer by your local PGA Golf Professional by having them call 800-898-0701, M-F from 9-5 ET.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer any recourse to those who purchase the copycat putting arc. This is why we are taking steps to raise awareness through this public announcement. If you have been the victim of this fraud, please seek redress from the retailer of the infringing product.
To make sure you are getting the original, patented The Putting Arc®, it should be packaged and look like the MSIII pictured below:
