WIXOM, Mich. – SuperStroke Staff Player Sergio Garcia earned his 9th PGA Tour victory at the AT&T Byron Nelson last week, in sudden-death playoff. After opening with 63, Garcia finished with rounds of 66, 68, 68 for a four round total of -15 under par (265). He finished the tournament ranked 1st in Strokes Gained Total, 4th in Greens in Regulation and 12th in Strokes Gained Putting. Sergio used a full bag of SuperStroke grips in route to victory, playing new S-Tech club grips, and a new Pistol GT 1.0 putter grip, with CounterCore Technology. With this victory, Sergio tied legend, Seve Ballesteros, for most PGA Tour wins by a Spanish-born player.

SuperStroke users also claimed the top 2 spots at the LPGA Kingsmill Championship presented by JTBC. Using a SuperStroke Odyssey Grip, the winner picked up her second consecutive victory with a clutch putt on the 18th hole, while the runner up trusted a Pistol GT 1.0, needing just 29 putts in route to a final round 65.

On the PGA Tour Champions, John Daly finished the Regions Tradition in style, with an eagle on the 18th hole to finish at -5 under par. Daly used a SuperStroke Legacy 2.0 to notch his second Top 20 finish in as many starts.

“Sergio’s victory highlighted another multiple win week for SuperStroke players, and marked the 5th win for our new S-Tech club grips.” Said Greg Sabella, VP of Marketing for SuperStroke. “Sergio brings a passion to the game that is unmatched, and it was great to see him in the winner’s circle again”.

SuperStroke’s new S-Tech club grips have a soft, tacky feel from premium rubber compound that deliver excellent feedback and control. The Cross-Traction surface texture provides an incredible non-slip surface in all weather conditions, which enhances control and performance. SuperStroke Staff Players Jordan Spieth, Sergio Garcia, Jason Dufner, and Victor Dubuisson trust S-Tech club grips in every competition.

SuperStroke’s TX1 Premium Club Grips feature a Half Cord Design. TX1 Premium club grips offer a soft, tacky cord for increased club control on the upper hand and soft, non-cord rubber for enhanced feel and feedback on the lower hand. Every SuperStroke grip features Cross-Traction pattern, improving grip over the entire surface.

SuperStroke has incorporated CounterCore technology in all new putter grips for 2016. CounterCore Technology lets golfers fine tune the feel and stability of the putter by adjusting the weight of the grip. Adding a 50g back-weight engages larger muscles in the arms, shoulders and back, which results in more of a pendulum motion. Plus, SuperStroke’s patented NO TAPER design promotes even grip pressure, which leads to better putting. It can also be played without the additional weight if you prefer.

SuperStroke (superstrokeusa.com) grips are long lasting and extremely shock absorbent. They are designed with a high-tech polyurethane material featuring cross traction technology that improves feel and tackiness. SuperStroke’s patented parallel technology further increases consistency and lowers scores for every level of golfer, even professionals.
