Fujikura’s global footprint grows ever stronger week-to-week with consecutive international victories. This week’s trifecta of wins came from Ireland, Japan and the United States.
Vista, Calif. – May 23, 2016 – Fujikura Golf, known for designing and producing the world’s best performance golf shafts, scored heavily this past weekend adding three victories to their “Win Count” taking this season’s total to 29.
“Fujikura exemplifies the PGA of America’s vision of golf – it’s going GLOBAL. Our dominant presence on the PGA Tour is well known but our worldwide growth on all professional golf tours is burgeoning which is a key component to our overall growth. These victories mean a lot to the company,” stated Fujikura Golf Marketing Manager Stephanie Hartgraves.
Fujikura Golf verifies all of their victories and shaft counts with golf equipment reporting agency, the Darrell Survey. This week’s victories show a comprehensive range of Fujikura Golf Shafts played to take these respective titles. Additionally, Fujikura won the driver shaft count at the LPGA Kingsmill Championship as well as the driver and wood shaft count at the JLPGA Chukyo TV Bridgestone Ladies Open. On the PGA Tour at the AT&T Byron Nelson, Fujikura had four driver shafts in play out of the top 10 finishers.
The Irish Open victor won the international golf tournament playing a Fujikura Rombax in his Nike 3-wood to win an emotional title.
Fujikura’s Speeder brand of golf shafts win weekly and this past weekend is no exception. The LPGA Kingsmill Champion played a Speeder brand shaft in her TaylorMade Burner 3-wood to win the coveted title in Williamsburg, VA. According to Hartgraves, “The Fujikura Speeder brand of golf shafts is the ‘Winningest’ brand of golf shafts in the golf industry.”
To embody Hartgraves statement, the JLPGA Chukyo TV Bridgestone Ladies Open also played a Speeder Branded golf shaft. It was the Speeder 661 in her 14-degree Callaway Big Bertha 3-wood that helped her bring her ultimate performance to the tournament. She also played Fujikura’s newest golf shaft to their hybrid family – the MCH (Metal Composite Hybrid) in her three PING hybrids.
The MCH is Fujikura’s Metal Composite Technology, this shaft is a true hybrid. It combines the best attributes of steel and graphite into on revolutionary composite shaft. Increased hitting ability and even weighting brings perfect flow of frequency and torque to any golfer’s swing.
