The baby-boomers have come and are slowly leaving and the next generation to be courted are the MILLENNIALS. They are fundamentally different from baby-boomers in work ethic and prioritization, to spending habits and how they use technology.
Who Are Millennials? They’re digital natives – the first generation that has grown up online, in the era of infinite choice. They make up one of the largest segment of consumers but reaching them through traditional marketing initiatives won’t work.
So, from a golf club perspective, how can Millennials be reached? Some ways to engage with this illusive audience is to:
• Provide experiences;
• Seek authentic engagement;
• Speak to their values;
