WIXOM, Mich. – SuperStroke Grips finished inside the top 2 on every major tour last week. This marks the second week in a row SuperStroke grips were found in the top three or better of every major tour.

The PGA Tour had a dual event week with The Open Championship and the Barbasol Championship being played simultaneously. Players using SuperStroke at The Open Championship accounted for 2nd, 3rd, and 5th places. With an amazing duel that lasted all Sunday long, the 2nd place finisher shot 17-under par but an incredible 11 strokes ahead of third place. He utilized a SuperStroke Slim 3.0 putter grip for the historic performance, which included a Thursday 63. His 63 tied for lowest score ever shot in a major championship. Also finishing in the top 5 was Sergio Garcia. Garcia captured his 2nd top 5 finish in a major this year while using a Pistol GT 1.0 putter grip and S-Tech club grips. He looks to be in good form heading to Baltusrol in 2 weeks’ time for the PGA Championship. Meanwhile, the 2nd place finisher at the Barbasol Championship used a Mid Slim 2.0 putter for the week. With the finish he earned his third top 10 of the year. This week the PGA Tour heads to Glen Abbey Golf Club for the RBC Canadian Open.

The Web.com Tour was in Springfield, IL last week where SuperStroke featured a strong performance as well. The winner of the Lincoln Land Charity Championship utilized a SuperStroke Flatso 1.0 putter grip to finish at 22-under par for the week. His score was good enough for a two stroke victory and the first Web.com victory of his career. Look for the newly crowned champion to tee it up next week at the Utah Championship on the Web.com Tour.

The LPGA Tour had another great week for SuperStroke players. The 2nd place finisher utilized a SuperStroke Odyssey Tank grip. Other SuperStroke users fared well also by capturing 5 of the top 25 spots on the leaderboard at last week’s Marathon Classic. After capturing 6 of the last 10 events, including 2nd place finishes the past two weeks, SuperStroke grips will look to capture another victory on the LPGA Tour at next week’s RICOH Women’s British Open

“Stellar play across all major tours for two weeks in a row is something we are very proud of.” Says, Dean Dingman, President of SuperStroke USA. “It inspires us to keep pushing the boundaries of grip innovation.”

SuperStroke’s new S-Tech club grips have a soft, tacky feel from premium rubber compound that deliver excellent feedback and control. The Cross-Traction surface texture provides an incredible non-slip surface in all weather conditions, which enhances control and performance. SuperStroke Staff Players Jordan Spieth, Sergio Garcia, Jason Dufner, and Victor Dubuisson trust S-Tech club grips in every competition.

SuperStroke’s TX1 Premium Club Grips feature a Half Cord Design. TX1 Premium club grips offer a soft, tacky cord for increased club control on the upper hand and soft, non-cord rubber for enhanced feel and feedback on the lower hand. Every SuperStroke grip features Cross-Traction pattern, improving grip over the entire surface.

SuperStroke has incorporated CounterCore technology in all new putter grips for 2016. CounterCore Technology lets golfers fine tune the feel and stability of the putter by adjusting the weight of the grip. Adding a 50g back-weight engages larger muscles in the arms, shoulders and back, which results in more of a pendulum motion. Plus, SuperStroke’s patented NO TAPER design promotes even grip pressure, which leads to better putting. It can also be played without the additional weight if you prefer.

SuperStroke (superstrokeusa.com) grips are long lasting and extremely shock absorbent. They are designed with a high-tech polyurethane material featuring cross traction technology that improves feel and tackiness. SuperStroke’s patented parallel technology further increases consistency and lowers scores for every level of golfer, even professionals.
