KBS Golf Shafts player Norman Xiong clinches another amateur victory playing a full bag of KBS Golf Shafts. Xiong, now the 11th ranked junior in the country, is headed to the University of Oregon in 2017. He began the day as the only player under par and finished that way as well. He never lost the lead after making three birdies on the front side. Xiong bumped his lead with a clutch birdie at No. 17 and then iced the two-shot win with a par on the final hole. Norman has his second win of his season along with earlier this year winning the AJGA Finals.
