PGA Access Readies For Ryder Cup Event Schedule

September 23, 2016

(New York, NY) – PGA Access – the partnership between corporate golf hospitality provider TOURGOLF and PGA of America – is scheduled to manage more than 35 signature events for national and international companies attending the 2016 Ryder Cup.

NBC Sports, Mercedes-Benz, Samsung, Kohler and Standard Life Investments are among the organizations that will build business relationships on the links as part of the PGA Access program. Recognizing golf as an opportunity to impress potential partners and reward employees, each company will enjoy first-class amenities and private course access privileges only available through TOURGOLF and PGA of America.

Events will take place at some of the best courses in Minnesota, including Interlachen Country Club, White Bear Yacht Club and Windsong Farm Golf Club. Hosting groups of up to forty guests, PGA Access drives rounds and revenue to the entire region’s golf facilities.

“There are few sporting events that stir fan passion as much as the Ryder Cup,” says Jonathan Halpern, Chief Executive Officer of TOURGOLF. “Our goal is to help businesses leverage that passion and turn the entire week into a memorable experience for their stakeholders. Golf is unique because it provides both great viewing and playing opportunities for its patrons.”

Utilizing the expertise of TOURGOLF alongside the scope of the world’s largest sports organization, PGA Access was launched this year to provide golf participation programs for PGA of America sponsors and hospitality buyers that drive rounds and revenue back to PGA member facilities. Recently, the program partnered with Chase Sapphire to extend course access benefits to card members.

Outside of the PGA Access umbrella, TOURGOLF provisions private golf services for companies of all sizes at over 400 private clubs throughout the country.
