“This year membership structure is changing and it’s definitely getting better,” says Ed Sanchez, Co-Founder of SOCAL Golfer. “In previous years membership was an annual thing. Beginning January 1st membership will start on a rolling 12-month period so if you join in March per se, your membership will go through March of the following year. However, if you’re new to SOCAL Golfer and the SCGA by joining in October you’ll receive October, November, and December free and get all of the benefits you would have had throughout all of 2016. As part of its objective, SOCAL Golfer has created an online golf club concept to keep golfers engaged with the SCGA.
