How Often Do We Get To Hear From A Golf Legend?

October 4, 2016

The honest answer is very, very, very rarely! To meet and hear an industry legend on Asian soil is a massive bonus! However, this is set to change.

The man who runs the PING Golf empire will be attending the 2016 Asia Pacific Golf Summit (APGS 2016). It will be a chance of a life-time for the golf industry in Asia to get up close to meet and listen to John A Solheim, chairman and chief executive officer of the PING Company. Solheim is a true living legend who has continued the rich legacy and proud heritage of his father, the great Karsten Solheim who started the PING organization.

John is a man who runs PING with a great passion – a passion that has helped to drive the privately held company to stay at the top of the global golf industry. He began making putters with his father, Karsten in their family’s garage as a 13-year-old. Since then, he has had a continuing passion in manufacturing processes.

Like his father, John is an inventor, innovator and forward thinker. With more than 170 US patents to his name, he is highly focused in developing a world-class engineering and manufacturing company. Through his leadership, PING has become the first golf club manufacturer to be ISO certified.

John will be featured in a special “fire-side” chat at the 2016 Asia Pacific Golf Summit and he will share with Asia, his visions for the game of golf going forward. This is something not to be missed. True words of wisdom from one of golf’s greatest living legends.

You can book your seat to attend this once in a life-time opportunity by registering on-line at:

See you in Hua Hin, Thailand on October 29-30.
