ORLANDO, Fla. (Oct. 21, 2016) – Accomplished teaching professional Jason Sedan, one of 100 instructors under the age of 40 recently named to Golf Digest’s list of the Best Young Teachers in America for 2016-’17, is scheduled to appear as a guest instructor on Golf Channel’s Morning Drive October 25 and 26.
The popular daily morning show airs from 7-9 a.m. Eastern.
Sedan, founder and coaching director of the Fore Door Golf Academy, with two locations in New Hampshire (Lake Winnipesaukee Golf Club, in New Durham; Executive Health and Sports Center, in Manchester), is one of the inaugural coaches in Golf Channel Academy (GCA), a dedicated network of teaching facilities. Select Golf Channel Academy coaches are being invited to appear on the network’s news and instruction shows, including The Golf Fix and School of Golf; Sedan is making his second appearance on Morning Drive.
“I’m excited to return to Morning Drive with yet another chance to help the viewers at home,” said Sedan, a PGA Certified Professional with more than 15 years teaching experience. “The response to Fore Door Golf on air has been outstanding and I look forward to giving the viewers an even deeper look inside.”
Sedan specializes in on-course coaching, where he continues to bridge the gap for golfers seeking to transition the technical aspects of their game from the range to the course. By unlocking all “4 Doors”, he helps his students find a personalized road map to shooting lower scores faster than they ever thought possible. An accomplished player, Sedan qualified for the 2010 and 2012 PGA Professional National Match Play Championship and was runner-up at the 2012 NJPGA Pro Pro Championship.
Sedan also serves as the director of instruction at Orchid Island Golf and Beach Club in Vero Beach, Fla., during the winter months.
