Pine Hills Golf Club located in beautiful Rocky Mountain House, Alberta is the latest organization to select Total e Integrated to streamline their operations. After using the same system for 11 years, the Pine Hills Team began the process of reviewing available golf management platforms. Implementing a new system to streamline operations and provide a much better customer experience was the primary goal. Pine Hills provides it’s over 250 members with the ability to charge purchases to their account – a fantastic benefit but a potentially costly task to manage. According to Dave Drake, Head Professional of Pine Hills Golf Club, “our system for the last 11 years made running A/R statements for member accounts a nightmare, after years of minimal updates to the system it was time to change.”
