Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.– PNC Bank and the Executive Women’s Golf Association (EWGA) will celebrate women and golf with a special networking breakfast and panel discussion on December 7, 2016 as a lead-in to the 2016 PNC Father/Son Challenge at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club in Orlando, FL. In this nationally broadcast tournament, golf’s Major Champions and their sons or daughters will compete at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club, Grande Lakes Orlando on Dec. 10-11, 2016
For the 15th consecutive year, PNC was named one of the 2016 Working Mother magazine’s “100 Best Companies” for its support of women in the workplace. To help kick-off this year’s tournament, PNC is hosting the Business and Birdies breakfast and panel discussion on site at the PNC Father/Son Challenge. This unique event celebrates and connects women in the greater Orlando community to the game by showcasing successful women who utilize golf for personal and professional success. Emcee Pam Swensen, CEO of the leading national premier golf association for women, EWGA, will moderate a panel discussion on how golf impacts one’s life both on and off the course. Following the panel discussion, Tim Rosaforte from the Golf Channel will host a Q&A session with PNC Father/Son Challenge defending champion, Lanny Wadkins.
