Bedminster, N.J., December 13, 2016… The New Jersey Golf Foundation (NJGF), the charitable arm of the New Jersey PGA Section (NJPGA) today announced that the New Jersey Club Manager’s Association (NJCMA) has been named a Founding Partner of the new 3,360-square-foot facility which houses the NJPGA and NJGF corporate office.
The facility is highlighted by a state-of-the-art indoor/outdoor training facility and the NJPGA Hall of Fame – featuring historic photos and memorabilia from the greatest players and moments throughout New Jersey’s esteemed golf history. The NJCMA joins Horizon BCBSNJ, RWJ Barnabas Health, Provident Bank and Beacon Trust as a Founding partner of the new, state-of-the-art NJPGA/NJGF Headquarters located at Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club, in Bedminster, NJ.
The NJ Club Manager’s Association promotes and advances the profession of club management by fulfilling the educational, fraternal, social, recreational and related needs of its members. In 2015, the New Jersey Club Foundation, the charitable arm of the NJCMA, selected the NJGF as a charitable recipient of a 3-year, $15,000 pledge ($5,000 annually).
In addition to becoming a Founding Partner of the new building, funds will be used to support NJGF programming for youth, military and special needs. The NJGF was created in 2004 to positively impact lives and communities through the game of golf. Under the guidance of PGA Professionals, programming is designed to provide individuals from all backgrounds an opportunity to experience the game of golf in a welcoming environment.
