Anaheim, Ca. (January 19, 2017) – Matrix Shafts have been teasing out the next generation of their popular MFS series. The successful line of shafts, better known as the X5 White Tie, Q5 Red Tie and M5 Black Tie, have been redesigned and reengineered to deliver even more powerful results. The MFS5 series (with the exception of the Q5 Red Tie that launches in Spring2017) is set to be revealed at the PGA show in Orlando, FL.

The X5 White Tie, Q5 Red Tie and M5 Black Tie continue to maintain their classic launch styles of high, mid, low respectively. “Using tour feedback we have revised the CG location of the Black Tie shaft, redesigned the stiffness profile of the Red Tie, and changed the torque profile of the White Tie shafts.” Tom Deshiell, Director of R&D at Matrix Shafts, highlights the improvements made in the new series. “All these changes make the new generation of MFS shafts the best performing ever.”

The updated cosmetics are bold and minimal with each shaft finished in new grey paint, cleaned up graphics and accented with our corporate colors, White, Red and Black.

The MSRP is $375.00 with a scheduled release date of 1/27/17. For more information on the MFS5 series, please visit http://matrixshafts.com/shaft/mfs5
