NORWALK, Conn. (January 30, 2017) – Ed Several, formerly Senior Vice President and General Manager of PGA Worldwide Golf Exhibitions, has been tapped for a new role as Senior Vice President, Integration & Commercial Optimization-Reed Exhibitions Americas, reporting directly to Hervé Sedky, President of Reed Exhibitions Americas. Yancy Weinrich, Senior Vice President at Reed Exhibitions and a 12-year veteran of the trade show industry, will now oversee the PGA Worldwide Golf Exhibitions portfolio of events inclusive of the PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando and the PGA Fashion & Demo Experience in Las Vegas.
“Ed Several’s sustained success over the past 12 years in elevating the value of the PGA Shows portfolio, plus multiple additional events across a diverse spectrum of industries, has made Ed vital to our success in optimizing current business events and integrating newly acquired events across the Americas ,” said Sedky. Several first joined Reed Exhibitions in 2004 as the industry vice president and show manager for PGA events. In his new role and during the transition, Several will continue to assist with relationships and long-term strategy on events from his previous portfolio.
Coming to Reed Exhibitions from the jewelry industry in 2004, Yancy Weinrich has grown the Reed Exhibitions Reed Jewelry Group to now include an expansive number of successful business events including multiple JCK, Luxury and JIS Events, and also oversees the publication of JCK Magazine.
