West Michigan Golf Show At-A-Glance

What: 29th Annual West Michigan Golf Show with hundreds of exhibits from courses and resorts to clubs and merchandise. Also, fabulous door prizes, free golf lessons, clinics, and the Treetops Par-3 Challenge (actual golf hole inside!) where one lucky golfer might win $25,000!

When: Friday, Feb.10, 2 pm-9 pm; Saturday, Feb.11, 10 am-7 pm; Sunday, Feb.12, 10 am-5pm

Where: DeVos Place, 303 Monroe Ave. NW, downtown Grand Rapids

Tickets: $10 for adults; $4 for children ages 6-14; children 5 & under free. A multi-day ticket for all 3 days is $15 and a twilight rate ticket is $7 for adults for the last two hours of the show each day. Tickets available now online at www.WestMichiganGolfShow.com or at DeVos Place Box Office during show hours.

Parking: Best parking is under DeVos Place. Enter off Michigan St NW or Lyon Ave. NW. The Rapid line 11 bus stops in front of DeVos Place

Seminars: On the Applied Imaging Stage: Bobby Wilson, five-time World Senior Long Drive Champion; Jason Guss, One of Golf Digest’s “America’s Best Young Teachers;” Joe Charles, Treetops Golf Academy; golf fitness & training expert Graham Polakoff, OmniKinetics; and Jeff Caminiti, Head PGA Pro, Maple Hill Golf.

Specials: Friday is Ladies Night with special events & goodie bags for the first 500 women. The Odawa Casino $10,000 Putting Challenge. Free golf lessons & expanded Club Testing Area.

Sponsors: Treetops Resort, Applied Imaging, Odawa Casino, Golf Association of Michigan, Michigan PGA, and the Ferris State PGM Program.

Other: Saturday: To benefit First Tee of W. Michigan, a pancake breakfast for $6/$4 at 9 am-11 am @ Grand Gallery, DeVos Place. Sunday: Juniors 14 yrs and younger admitted free!

Other Show charities: Patriot Golf Day, Folds of Honor, Make-a-Wish Foundation.
