Mosaic adds large athletic club and marina to portfolio
Alpharetta, Ga. (February 22, 2017) – The Halbauer family has engaged Mosaic Clubs and Resorts to manage the Windward Lake Club in Alpharetta, Georgia. Windward Lake Club is an impressive property, spanning 19 acres within the Windward Community on the southwest section of Lake Windward.
With approximately 1,000 members, The Windward Lake Club was built in 1985 and features a first-class 22 court tennis center, large aquatic complex and 100 slip marina. The tennis facility is known for its world class instruction and is home to the bustling Windward Junior Training Center. Members participate on more than 50 USTA and ALTA league teams that encompass all levels of play.
The Windward Lake Club serves the 40 distinct neighborhoods that comprise Windward, one of the largest master-planned communities in the United States.
