BGGA offers Global Junior Golf members warm-weather training and education in the U.S.
March 21, 2017 – Bishops Gate Golf Academy (BGGA) renewed its agreement to partner with Global Junior Golf (GJG) to provide special opportunities for GJG members looking to train at a U.S. golf boarding academy in preparation for college or a professional career.
“BGGA is proud of its association with GJG, a trusted partner in expanding the global reach of BGGA training to European junior golfers,” said Lee-Anne Misseldine. “We believe GJG provides opportunities for some of the best junior golfers, and we strive to educate those juniors on training and education and the college placement process at BGGA.”
“It is a great honor to welcome BGGA in the Global Junior Golf family and ultimately offer the GJG juniors around the world a fantastic golf academy to bring their game to the next level,” said Global Junior Golf CEO Alexander Rosswag. “Mentorship and giving juniors a home away from home are very important factors when juniors leave their comfort zone, and BGGA is definitely an institution juniors will strive to go to.”
As a Performance Center, BGGA will give GJG juniors, parents and partners around the world a total approach to golf and share their expertise. As part of the service a “Lecturing Channel” will offer special golf topics or training aid videos.
Every other month “Live Chats” will be offered for a limited number of attendants to speak with a BGGA coach or representative to learn more about the Academy, get to know the college recruiting process and hear about the training philosophies. Special outings will also take place where GJG juniors, parents and partners can visit the facilities and see first-hand the world-class facilities that BGGA offers.
