SAN DIEGO, CA – Heritage Golf Group, a boutique owner and operator of premier private, resort and daily fee golf properties, announced today the appointment of Robert ‘Bob’ Morgan as the new Director of Golf Course Maintenance. In this position Bob is responsible for directing the Agronomic and landscaping program for the Club with an intense focus on elevating the playability and aesthetics of the golf course and grounds on a daily basis commensurate with the standards of Heritage Golf Group. As Director of Golf Course Maintenance his primary goal is to exceed the expectation of the members and guests who enjoy this spectacular facility.
In addition to his experience with The Dominion Club, Bob has extensive experience which includes turf management at the following properties: The Bay Point Golf Resort & Spa in Panama City Beach, Florida; Atlanta National Golf Club in Alpharetta, Georgia; White Columns Country Club in Milton, Georgia; and Richland Country Club in Nashville, Tennessee. The Dominion Club will also benefit from Bob’s five year experience as Construction Superintendent for Course Crafters in Gainesville, Georgia.

Bob has an outstanding track record and a love for bent grass greens. Upon his arrival at The Dominion Club, Bob instituted “Superintendent’s Morning Coffee Chats” and “Afternoon Bob Talks”. He is a native of Tennessee, married his Tennessee sweetheart, and has a 24 year old daughter.
