Awards ceremony held during annual chapter spring meeting
at the Club at Ibis in West Palm Beach, Florida
ATLANTIS, FL – The Southeast Chapter (SEC) of the South Florida PGA (SFPGA) has recognized twelve PGA Professionals for their dedicated service to the association. The honors encompass a wide variety of skills, roles and abilities within the game and business of golf including “Golf Professional of the Year” and “Teacher of the Year.” The annual awards ceremony where these individuals will be honored will be held on May 22nd at The Club at Ibis, in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Merchandiser of the Year (Resort) Holly Taylor, PGA – PGA Golf Club
Youth Golf Development Award Bela Nagy, PGA – Sandridge Golf Club
Player Development Award Sherri Pla, PGA – Sandhill Crane Golf Club
Assistant Golf Professional of the Year Sonny Grosso, PGA – Country Club at Mirasol
Chapter Player of the Year Alan Morin, PGA – The Falls Golf Club

The award winners represent the best the SECSFPGA has to offer in their respective categories. Each winner has dedicated themselves to growing the game and proven to be leaders, both in the business and in the game. The award winners were selected from within the Southeast Chapter, which encompasses over 850 PGA Professionals from Palm Beach County north to Vero Beach.
