Mosaic adds second club in two months to growing portfolio
Alpharetta, Ga. (May 10, 2017) – Over the last two months Mosaic Clubs & Resorts has brought on two new clubs: Mixson Bath & Racquet Club in Charleston, S.C. and Windward Lake Club in Alpharetta, Ga. Additionally Mosaic expanded its scope of services provided to Waterfall Club in Clayton, Ga.
Front Door Communities selected Mosaic Clubs & Resorts to manage Mixson Bath & Racquet Club, a modern Charleston, S.C. swim and social club. Mixson Bath & Racquet Club features a 3,200-square-foot heated, saltwater pool, 4,300-square-foot club and restaurant space, wellness center and more. The club is located in the popular Mixson mixed-use community, built with beauty, greenspace and sustainability in mind.
Windward Lake Club is an impressive property, spanning 19 acres along the southwest section of Lake Windward. With approximately 1,000 members, Windward Lake Club was built in 1985 and features a first-class 22 court tennis center, large aquatic complex and 100 slip marina. The tennis facility is known for its world class instruction and is home to the bustling Windward Junior Training Center. Members participate on more than 50 USTA and ALTA league teams that encompass all levels of play.

Also in 2017 Mosaic began providing marketing services to the Waterfall Club community in Clayton, Ga. Waterfall Club is a private golf club nestled in the breathtaking North Georgia mountains. The mountain oasis houses a spectacular 18-hole golf course and 52,000-square-foot athletic center complete with sauna, steam room, spa, Junior Olympic swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and more. The stunning property provides quick and easy access to the Appalachian Trail and Lake Burton.
