PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. – Marriott Golf, one of the world’s premier golf operators, has renewed as a National Partner of the Executive Women’s Golf Association (EWGA). The partnership retains Marriott Golf’s portfolio of domestic properties within the EWGA Golf Course Network, offering special access and playing privileges to EWGA members.
“Marriott International is proud of its partner relationship with EWGA and looks forward to developing new programs and initiatives at our resort golf locations to build value for the EWGA Membership,” said Brett Stark, Senior Director of Golf Marketing & e-Commerce for Marriott’s Global Golf Division.
Facilities participating in the EWGA Golf Course Network offer EWGA members reduced fees for play, practice or instruction and may offer special rates for apparel, food and beverage purchases. Offers may vary by facility and are listed on EWGA’s ‘members-only’ website. Additionally, each respective facility receives a complimentary EWGA membership for a staff member to join a local chapter.
“We appreciate Marriott Golf’s commitment and support of women’s golf through the EWGA.” commented Jane Geddes, newly appointed CEO of EWGA. “The EWGA Golf Course Network is specifically designed to connect our members with playing opportunities at Marriott Golf’s premier collection of facilities.”
Founded in 1991 as the Executive Women’s Golf Association, EWGA is the largest women-focused national amateur golf association in the United States with Chapters located in more than 100 cities as well as international Chapters in Bermuda, Canada and Italy.
