An expert in business development, supply chain management, cash flow optimization and vendor relations, Nguyen’s professional experience includes a productive seven-year stint with Sysco Boston. While there, he grew a book of business from $50,000 to more than $2 million by implementing advanced market analysis to align customer needs with business objectives. He also served on the President’s Club and received awards for territory growth and profitability.
Nguyen joins ICS from Google Express in Boston, where his accomplishments include oversight of a streamlined ordering process that reduced labor costs by 20 percent, development of an improved inventory management system, and implementation of a new suite of tracking tools to further elevate operational standards. He also enjoys significant experience in the Boston food-and-beverage industry with companies like H.T. Berry, Whole Foods Market and several restaurants.
