Partnership with Golf Canada to include participation in trio of golf tournaments in 2017
TORONTO (July 20, 2017) – Levelwear, a premium sports athletic apparel brand, will kick off its summer of golf by participating in the RBC Canadian Open from July 24-30. As part of a partnership with Golf Canada, the company will also be taking part in the Canadian Pacific Women’s Open from August 21-27 as well as the Pacific Links Bear Mountain Championship from September 11-17. The company has been named an official apparel provider for each of the events and will be on site to launch activations.

Levelwear has also forged Brand Ambassador partnerships with numerous top Canadian professionals like Adam Hadwin, Brad Fritsch, Corey Conners, Taylor Pendrith, and Ryan Williams along with PGA Tour veterans D.A. Points, Greg Owen, and Ted Potter, many of whom are expected to play in next week’s event.
Hadwin, now entering his third year on Tour, has hit his stride, capturing his first PGA TOUR victory at the Valspar Championship. Born in Saskatchewan and raised in BC, Hadwin made history this season at the CareerBuilder Challenge, becoming the 4th player in PGA TOUR history to shoot sub 60 on a par 72 course.
Conners turned professional in April of 2015 after earning top-amateur honours at The Masters tournament. The Kent State alumnus went on to record two top-10 finishes on the Mackenzie Tour-PGA Tour Canada, two Top-25 finishes on the Web.com Tour and is currently No. 12 on the money list.
Pendrith finished third on the Mackenzie Tour-PGA TOUR Canada in 2014, then finished T14 at the Final Stage of the Web.com Tour Qualifying Tournament to earn strong status for 2016. The 24-year-old has competed in eight events so far this season, highlighted by a T4 finish at the Club Colombia Championship Presented by Claro.

Levelwear will be on site at the RBC Canadian Open operating a number of activations. The Levelwear photobooth will be offering an exciting photo opportunity with the Official RBC Canadian Open Trophy from Thursday to Saturday between 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Levelwear will also be organizing a t-shirt toss. Fans are encouraged to keep an eye out on the 7th hole for a chance to snag a Levelwear t-shirt from Thursday-Sunday. Attendees in need of a lift will also be taken care of as Levelwear will be proving a golf cart shuttle service on the 11th hole Thursday-Sunday.
