WIXOM, Mich. – Another week marks another win with SuperStroke grips as the industry leader sits atop the FedEx Cup rankings beings used by the top two players on the board. The win at TPC Boston also tallies the 23rd Tour win with SuperStroke grips in 2017.
After making the switch to the SuperStroke Pistol GT Tour putter grip at the PGA Championship in August, the Dell Technologies Champion secured his first ever Fed-Ex Playoff win. With his first Major and first FedEx Cup win since switching to SuperStroke, the tournament winner also secured his spot on the U.S. Team for the 2017 Presidents Cup to be held at the end of September. He closed out Monday with a final round 66 thanks to a lengthy eagle putt and two crucial birdie putts on the back nine to hold off a surge from Jordan Spieth. Spieth, who uses S-tech swing grips and a Flatso 1.0 putter grip, ultimately finished in second, but came away on top of the FedEx Cup Rankings.
SuperStroke has garnered tour-wide support as the number one putter grip in golf and continues to gain momentum as an industry leader in club grips with the support of the Tour’s best, including Jordan Spieth, Sergio Garcia, and Jason Dufner.
