(RESTON, Va.) – Billy Casper Golf (BCG) – the innovative management partner for golf courses, country clubs and resorts – has promoted Tom Reilly to Vice President of Talent Management and Sandra Colareta to Vice President of Contracts and Risk Management.
A crucial part of the performance management and quality improvement programs at BCG, Reilly has worked his way up through the corporate ranks during 12 years at BCG. After graduating with his B.S. in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Virginia Tech, Reilly worked at several BCG-managed courses across the country beginning with Reston National in Reston, Va. After six years in the field, he transitioned to the role of Recruiting Manager, working his way up to Director of Talent Management.
Colareta took a similar path to her new role. With over a decade of experience at BCG, she began as a Contracts Manager before being promoted to Director of Contracts & Risk Management. She holds her J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law.
