First stand-alone issue dedicated to a travel destination
Glenview, Ill. (Oct. 3, 2017) – Global Golf Post and the Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Aberdeen Area Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) have collaborated to publish a stand-alone special issue dedicated to golf in the Sandhills Region of North Carolina.
Titled The Home of American Golf – The Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Aberdeen Area, this 16-page special issue, the first of its kind from Global Golf Post, was published on Sept. 28. It includes an essay – headlined Sand In My Shoes – from legendary writer and longtime Pinehurst resident James Dodson, and several pieces authored by award-winning North Carolina golf writer and Post senior writer Ron Green Jr.
“This issue is a great collaboration between the CVB and Global Golf Post to highlight all the destination has to offer. It covers our historic championship golf courses, attractions, and events that have charmed visitors for over 100 years.
