A dynamic senior-level strategist with a track record of performance in developing sales and marketing programs, Reagan is an expert organizational manager able to implement clear, structured policies and procedures governing program management and compliance. Throughout her career, Reagan has demonstrated the ability to assess business needs and develop strategic programs that not only meet established goals, but drive growth in performance.
Reagan joins ICS from The Eagles Golf Club in Odessa. Fla. As Tournaments and Events Director, she successfully communicated requirements in advance to appropriate departments and outside vendors to ensure that corporate standards of quality and service were met. As a savvy marketer, she developed and managed club events to the local community and was responsible for vendor management, budgeting, purchasing, invoice payment and on-site support.
