CALGARY, Canada – October 17, 2017 – TLINK GOLF, creators of the “World’s Lightest GPS Golf Watch and newly released online store,” announced today that the company has reached an agreement with The First Tee programs from Los Angeles, Northern Michigan, Sharon, Connecticut, Greater Miami Valley and Inland North West. This arrangement approves for TLINK to set up and launch a customized, online, First Tee Support Store or golf shop for each of these chapters.
These First Tee “virtual” Support Stores, driven by TLINK, offer over 1,300 products from the world’s best brands in golf including; TaylorMade, Titleist, Ping, Callaway, Bridgestone, Nike, Adidas Golf, Under Armour and of course, TLINK’s own products. When any purchase is made, 20% of the all profits are donated back to each respective First Tee chapter.
“The TLINK Support Store program was created to have golfers put their buying power towards supporting a cause they care about,” commented TLINK’s Co-Founder & CEO, Derek Rucki. “These support stores allow non-profit organizations like these First Tee chapters to tap into their communities buying power, while letting TLINK drop ship all orders to the end customers.”
Each organization that TLINK partners with will have their own dedicated “Support Store” website where golfers can shop for a variety of golf products.

About TLINK GOLF:
TLINK GOLF, headquartered in Calgary, Canada, was founded by Derek Rucki and Stefan Radeta in 2013. Rucki was a top ranked junior golfer who observed the GPS golf watch trend firsthand while playing in golf tournaments. Radeta was a sport fanatic while also being a top 30 under 30 developer in Canada. Together, the duo developed a GPS/Fitness watch that displays a golfer’s distance to the front, middle and back of the green while tracking key golf stats and fitness activity. The Bluetooth watch works by syncing with a smartphone app that has over 35,000 golf courses available. Players can track their score, putts, greens in regulation, and fairways hit right from the watch. During golf tournaments the app syncs with TLINK’s tournament software to provide real time scoring to players and tournament organizers. With the TLINK’s built in accelerometer it is also tracking daily steps, distance walked, and calories burned both on and off the course.
TLINK has been in the marketplace since 2015. In that short period, the company has gained tens of thousands of incredible golfers in the TLINK community who have used the TLINK watch.
TLINK is now building from the success of their current technology to expand their offerings through an online store selling over 1300 different products from golf’s largest brands in support of junior golf organizations. With the foundation of a technology company that is built to scale, TLINK takes a new approach to launching and scaling online stores for their partners to provide them with the most benefit and least amount of effort.
