ORLANDO, Fla. (Nov. 13, 2017) – Accomplished teaching professional Jason Sedan, recently named the No. 1 “Best Teacher” in the state of New Hampshire by Golf Digest magazine, is scheduled to appear as a guest instructor on Golf Channel’s Morning Drive Nov. 15 and 16.
The popular daily morning show airs from 7-9 a.m. ET on Wednesday, and from 8-10 a.m. ET on Thursday.
Sedan, founder and coaching director of the Fore Door Golf Academy, located at Lake Winnipesaukee Golf Club in New Durham, N.H., is one of the inaugural coaches in Golf Channel Academy (GCA), a dedicated network of teaching facilities. Select Golf Channel Academy coaches are being invited to appear on the network’s news and instruction shows, including The Golf Fix and School of Golf; Sedan is making his third appearance on Morning Drive.
Just this week, Sedan released his debut instruction book, Golf Garage – The Fast Track, a stroke-saving manual designed to answer golfers’ most frequently asked on-course questions and provide them with tips and strategies to fix their game while they play. The book focuses largely on Sedan’s final door in his “4 Doors to Success” teaching philosophy, which is “How the Game Works”.
“I’m excited for the opportunity to appear on Morning Drive once again, and to share some unbelievable success stories from the new book with the viewers at home,” said Sedan, who also serves as the Director of Instruction at Orchid Island Golf and Beach Club in Vero Beach, Fla., during the winter months. “The nice thing about this book is that it does not require hours of practice to implement the strategies within. You can implement them tomorrow and fast track your way to lower scores!”
An accomplished player, Sedan qualified for the 2010 and 2012 PGA Professional National Match Play Championship and was runner-up at the 2012 NJPGA Pro Pro Championship. He has been teaching golf professionally for more than 15 years and is also ranked among Golf Digest’s “Best Young Teachers in America” under the age of 40.
