SAN DIEGO, CA – Heritage Golf Group, a boutique owner and operator of premier private, resort and daily fee golf properties, is pleased to welcome Dominic Calla as the new Executive Chef of The Dominion Club in Glen Allen, Virginia.
In his role as Executive Chef, Dominic will ensure that members and guests of The Dominion Club enjoy locally inspired, handcrafted cuisine and a new chef inspired menu. Under the direction of Chef Calla, the culinary team at The Dominion Club will create new menus that feature fresh, vibrant, flavorful dishes and locally inspired cuisine. Hand-crafted specials will be prepared with locally sourced ingredients and 6000 The Restaurant will offer a full complement of services including lunch, dinner, and refreshments.
Prior to joining The Dominion Club, Dominic was head Chef at The Country Club of Virginia the James River Clubhouse in Virginia for three years. Calla brings over 24 years of noteworthy experience in the culinary and hospitality industry. He has also been Executive Sous Chef at The Hillsboro Club, Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa and Chops City Grill.
