Lindon, UT – foreUP Golf Software today announced the first in a twelve day series of holiday “gifts” for courses using their golf course management software. These gifts will be delivered in the form of twelve surprise software features and improvements to the cloud-based point of sale and tee sheet solution.
Upgrades to the tools included with the all-in-one golf management suite are a normal occurrence for foreUP customers, as the company releases at least one major update per month in addition to standard fixes and much bigger upgrades happening behind the scenes. In December, however, twelve noteworthy updates are launched in succession between December 11th and December 22nd.
The gifts are highly customer-focused, because they are driven by customer input. foreUP encourages users to leave feedback and feature requests within their customer portal, which the foreUP team sifts through carefully to determine which features will be released during the two weeks before the Christmas holiday.
“We look forward to the 12 Days of Christmas all year,” says Joel Ragar, CEO and Co-Founder of foreUP. “Our customers are kind enough to share their feedback and ideas with us, and this is our way of giving back to them with the that make a big difference in their day-to-day lives at the course.”
Each feature is delivered as a surprise, only being announced the day it’s gone live within the software. Customers will be prompted with news about the update when they log in, but the running list of features can be publicly seen daily on the company’s blog. foreUP’s social accounts will house daily announcements as well, where followers are encouraged to join the conversation by providing feedback, asking questions, or sharing news with their team members.
“I think we are almost as excited about these updates as our customers will be,” says Christian Arntsen, Product Owner at foreUP. “Of course we want to make big, valuable improvements to the software year round, but December is a season where we’re really focused on delivering things that show our customers we truly are listening to their needs and suggestions.”
The list of updates can be seen on foreUP’s blog post. Follow them on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or LinkedIn to join the conversation. Learn more about foreUP at www.foreUPgolf.com.
