Redesigned Blast Golf app streamlines training and leverages Blast Connect to help Coaches and Players train smarter and get better faster

The Blast Golf app seamlessly integrates with Blast Connect, allowing swing data and video clips to be uploaded automatically and stored in the Blast Connect cloud. The app now features Coach Mode, allowing coaches to manage multiple players within the app and provide video markup, voiceover, and annotation feedback through Blast Connect. This feedback is delivered instantly to the student’s Blast Golf app or Blast Connect web-based interface. The Blast Golf app also features “Blast Levels”, providing a guided journey for putting and full swing improvement.
The Blast sensor and Blast Golf app combine video and metrics-driven full swing and putting analysis, helping players of all ages and skillsets visualize and understand their putting and swing mechanics. The sensor and club attachment slip over the grip of any club, allowing the solution to be used for practice or in-game. Blast’s patented Smart Video Capture™ technology uses the integrated smartphone or tablet camera to capture in-app video, while the app intelligently analyzes, combines, and syncs swing metrics with the video to deliver real-time, mobile video analysis. The app automatically detects a player’s swing and edits the video to create a series of video clips. No user editing or practice interruption is required to experience this groundbreaking functionality.
The Blast Golf app now feature Blast Levels, encouraging players to work on individual metrics before moving to more advanced training. The updated app also features a simplified user interface, new graphical dashboard, updated progress tab, and customized layouts allowing players to easily navigate, view performance history, and train smarter.
Blast Connect further automates online and offline sensor data collection, with a fully-integrated suite of software analysis, coaching, communication, and management tools. Blast Connect gives coaches the ability to review an athlete’s practice sessions, assign drills and workouts, analyze metrics, and provide remote coaching through powerful video analysis, voiceover, and markup features.
