RENENS, SWITZERLAND – TPT Golf™ announced that its 15-LKP-LT-LW driver shaft was used to win the Indonesian Masters by a margin of eight strokes at the Royale Jakarta Golf Club. This marks the third win of 2017 for the 15-LKP-LT-LW shaft, which was also used to win the WGC-HSBC Champions in China and the Turkish Airlines Open.
“2017 was an incredibly successful year for TPT Golf,” said Sebastian Sebayang, Director of TPT Golf. “It’s wonderful to finish our first year with another professional victory. Congratulations to the champion for his record-setting play this week.”
TPT Golf’s 15-LKP-LT-LW will be officially launched at the 2018 PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando. It will join the company’s 10 other shaft models, each of which is produced with TPT Golf’s revolutionary, automated “Thin-Ply Winding” manufacturing process. The patent-pending construction method gives TPT Golf the ability to independently control every shaft parameter to meet the precise needs of each and every golfer. It also results in a completely seamless shaft that is produced to an exact gram weight and CPM.
“Thin-Ply Winding enables our golf shafts to be made with exceptionally accurate fiber placement in a highly uniform way around the shaft,” said Sebayang. “We offer an incredibly fine-tuned line of shafts that overcome the inconsistencies seen in shafts produced by conventional methods. For the golfer, this means more distance and more accuracy through increased energy transfer, a tighter shot dispersion and the ideal amount of spin.”
TPT Golf shafts are available for purchase at more than 50 Authorized Fitters worldwide. Visit TPT Golf’s website for a full list of fitting locations.
