Pinewood Golf Club gives golfers another way to play
Quick.golf proudly announces Pinewood Golf Club (formerly Pinewood Country Club) in Slidell, Louisiana as the newest member of the pay-by-hole movement.
Chris Smith assumed ownership of Pinewood’s golf course in December with plans to upgrade the facility where he learned and played the great game of golf.
“I did my due diligence before becoming a member of the golf course owner’s fraternity,” says Smith. “One thing I know for sure is that I can’t do things the same way as everyone else – I have to try some different things to meet the changing demands and lifestyles of golfers in our area to make Pinewood successful. I learned to play here as a youth and was indoctrinated with golf as an 18-hole game. Guess what? Not even I have time to play 18 holes as much as I’d like. I think Quick.golf is a brilliant adaptation that will give golfers of all abilities, especially those just starting, a way to play the game and pay by the hole when their time permits. We’re looking forward to having it implemented here at Pinewood this month.”
