Seven Dreamers Brings World’s Most Advanced And Exclusive Golf Shafts To North America

(TOKYO, JAPAN) – Seven Dreamers Laboratories, Inc. – innovator of premium carbon fiber golf shafts, robotics and specialized medical solutions – is bringing the world’s most advanced and exclusive golf shafts to North America, where they are being offered through select retailers, club fitters and high-profile green grass shops.

The company’s acclaimed models are made in Tokyo by craftsmen who custom build each shaft. Setting Seven Dreamers apart from other brands is a unique manufacturing process that uses aerospace-quality carbon fiber, a proprietary 3D design system and an autoclave to cure shafts, as opposed to less efficient ovens used by competitors. This pioneering approach ensures the carbon fiber retains 100% of its quality and eliminates the common practices of adding unnecessary resin and paint or polishing and grinding. The resulting design provides incredibly smooth feel and near-perfect transfer of energy at impact for more distance with tighter shot dispersion.

Seven Dreamers produces shafts for woods, irons and putters, each starting at $1,200 (MSRP). For the U.S. and Canadian market, the company offers 28 different bend profiles to help players of all skill levels optimize performance. These were identified as the most common and beneficial profiles, as indicated by data collected during thousands of club fittings throughout Japan and Southeast Asia. Interested customers go through a custom fitting to ensure an ideal shaft match. A list of authorized dealers can be accessed here: https://golf.sevendreamers.com/en/shop/agent/.

“Our company is born from the aerospace industry, and as such, we have access to advanced manufacturing techniques that other brands in golf are not able to harness,” says Shin Sakane, Founder and CEO of Seven Dreamers. “We strive for absolute perfection in all of our products and within golf we produce the highest quality shafts in the world.”

The autoclaving process is traditionally used for manufacturing high-precision carbon products, including those utilized in the building of satellites and aircrafts. The history of the company is reflected in its production methods, as Seven Dreamers engineers are pioneers in the research and development of fiber reinforced composite materials. In 1998, the forbearers of what would eventually become Seven Dreamers’ subsidiary were involved in developing Japan’s “Hayabusa” spacecraft, the first and only unmanned craft to land on an asteroid and return to earth with a sample from the surface.

Endorsed by the legendary Masashi “Jumbo” Ozaki, who captured 114 professional titles during his career, Seven Dreamers’ shafts debuted in Japan in 2014 and have quickly become among the most popular options in that nation. Beyond Japan and North America, the company’s products are offered throughout Southeast Asia with further international expansion planned in the near future.
