ABOUT PATRICIA ADAMS
Patricia Adams grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona where she experienced a fair share of arts traveling regularly to New York and Europe. The Sheer amount of costumes was inspiring. During her childhood her family had formative influence. Throughout middle school and high school she expressed her individuality wearing differently themed headdress daily as way of rebelling and not conforming. Her early talent steered her toward fashion earning her a four year full scholarship to prestigious Pratt Institute in New York. Graduating with highest distinction and winning numerous national and international design awards, her designs became highly sought after. Her sense of theatricality is apparent in all of her work, from her breakthrough as part of costume development for Walt Disney’s Theatrical Production of “The Lion King on Broadway” to working with the fashion Czar of Asia, Pitoy Moreno. Her collections evoke the adrenaline rush of a roller coaster, but her knowledge could not have blossomed the way it did only in Paris where she showcased her first collection at the Carousel de Louvre. Patricia Adams has Show cased her collections during Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week, Olympus Fashion Week, LA Fashion Week, Asia Fashion Week, Barrett-Jackson, Mercedes-Benz Fashion at Smash box Studios.
In addition, Patricia is well-known for designing room size ball gowns and headdress. She had been coined as a cross between Yves St. Laurent and Alexander McQueen.
