Summit Golf Brands is pleased to announce the hiring of two Account Executives for Texas and Oklahoma who will represent Fairway & Greene and Zero Restriction. The announcement comes at an exciting time for the Company who is coming off a year of significant on-course market share growth in the United States. With rich brand history in Texas and Oklahoma, Summit Golf Brands is excited to welcome two new team members who were drawn to the Company’s primary goal of providing superior product, unique decoration methods, and unparalleled customer service to the green grass channel.
Knox Martin will cover North Texas and Oklahoma for Fairway & Greene and Zero Restriction. Now living in Oklahoma City, Knox joins Summit Golf Brands after 3 years as Head Golf Professional at Carolina Golf Club in Charlotte, North Carolina. While at Carolina Golf Club, Knox oversaw the entire golf operation including shop buying, inventory management and merchandising. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Professional at Charlotte Country Club and Peachtree Golf Club. Knox remains a Class “A” PGA Professional.
Gabe Ramirez will cover South Texas for Fairway & Greene and Zero Restriction. Based in San Antonio, Gabe has been an insurance agent for eighteen years. Additionally, due to his passion for golf, Gabe has been involved in the golf industry part-time for several years. He was a club fitter for Taylor Made for 4 years and has been a Master Club Fitter for Callaway Golf the past 2 years. In 2015, Gabe was inducted into the National Hispanic Sports Hall of Fame due to his standout basketball career at St. Mary’s University.
