NORTHBROOK, Ill., Jan. 16, 2018 – KemperSports announced today that Barrel19 Bistro & Bar – located in Sunnyvale, Calif. – has been honored by Golf Inc. Magazine as the most improved public dining facility in their annual Golden Fork Awards.
After entering in to an agreement with the city of Sunnyvale, Calif., KemperSports embarked on an ambitious improvement plan that lead to a complete conversion of un-used space to a contemporary dining and banquet facility.
The improvements included a kitchen renovation with new equipment, updated dining room and full-service bar, improved outdoor patio dining with seating for up to 150 guests and a chandelier-adorned grand ballroom for hosting large banquets such as weddings and corporate functions for Apple, Google, LinkedIn and other large tech companies in the neighborhood.
Barrel19 Bistro & Bar re-opened for business in May 2017.
